You now should see a Windows 10 drive and possibly a reserve drive mounted on the OS X desktop. Now boot into OS X El Captain or your whatever OS X installation.ħ. Once completed you should have no problem booting Windows 10 from your Clover boot loader UEFI installation equally without hiccup just like booting OS X from that same Clover UEFI installation.
